Walk-round quoteOn our own jobs today

Walk the job.
Doreen writes the quote.

No more pricing at the kitchen table at ten at night.

You already walk every job before you price it. With HODHQ, that walk round is the quote. Film it, talk it through and snap a few photos. Doreen, our AI site office, turns it into a schedule of works for you to check, then an itemised quote.

How it works

Five steps. One walk.

Step 1 · On the drive

Walk the job and film it

Tap Walk round quote, put the client's name in and start filming. Talk as you go, the way you'd explain it to your labourer. Tap Snapshot whenever you want a still and the video keeps running.

Step 2 · Talk, film, snap

Rough sizes, in plain words

Say it how you'd say it: “about four metres by three”, “footings a metre deep”. Doreen picks up the work and the sizes from what you say, and gives rough checks from your photos (counted from brick courses) that you can tap to correct.

Step 3 · You check it

A schedule of works first, with no prices

Doreen lists every stage from your walk and asks what she can't know, like door sizes or who's supplying the tiles. You tick what's in, fix anything and approve it. Nothing gets priced until you say so.

Step 4 · Doreen prices it

An itemised quote with your photos on the lines

Doreen works out the materials and labour, checks the materials against supplier prices and your own price book, and puts your photos on the right quote lines. She asks for your day rates rather than guessing, and nothing saves until you tap Confirm.

Step 5 · The client says yesComing soon

The client signs on their phone

Send the client a link on WhatsApp yourself. They read the quote on their phone, sign with a finger and tap Accept. You get a dated record and the quote turns Accepted.
